- Super magnetic Sludge Separator can prevent coolant’s deterioration in efficiency. Due to oil and residue mixed on the surface of the coolant, isolated air, so results in corruption, lowered cutting efficiency, foul smell, rust…etc. For this reason, use the Sludge Separator.
- Super magnet is inside, available to drain out the floating oil and sludge. Drum’s outside diameter is 400mm, it allows greater oil level adjustment. Effciency is better than using a stainless scraper. Only connected power is needed to rotate drum, no need of any maintenance and service. After using the unit, which will solve the coolant’s corruption, there is no need for changing coolant, it will improve the work environment.
